Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns:

• Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt.
• Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

• List any items that cannot be returned, e.g., customized products, clearance items, etc.

3. How to Return:

• You will receive a Return Merchandise Order number and instructions on how to proceed.
• Pack the item securely, including the original packaging and the Order number.

4. Shipping Costs:

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns.

5. Refunds:

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method.
• Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed.
